Helping Hands

This group was created to help families that are in need of support and somebody to talk to.  If you are struggling with anything, the group is hear to listen but also where possible try and support with solutions or signposting to organisations or guidance that can help you further.

The group cannot promise to make the problems go away, but the group will try its best to make life easier where it can.
