During the Easter school holidays, The Witham Hub will be holding special events aimed at providing fun things for children to do while they are off school.  On Tuesday 2nd April and Wednesday 10th April, the Hub will throw open its doors between 10 am and 2pm for an Easter ‘Eggstravaganza’.

Parents will be able to bring their children along to meet the Easter Bunny and take part in an Easter egg hunt.  Other activities will include face painting sessions, story time, crafts, guinea pig playtime, music and luxury hot chocolate refreshments.  Any adult visiting The Hub with a child and making a purchase during the Easter Break will receive a free gift.

Tina Townsend, Chair of the Witham Hub Trustees, said: “Keeping children amused during the holidays can be a tough task for parents, particularly if they are on a tight budget and we are very pleased to be able to do something to provide the sort of entertainment children need when they are not at school, at low cost.”
