The Witham Hub has teamed up with Morrisons Witham 290 Community Champion for a special promotion aimed at tackling period poverty. Timed to coincide with International Women’s Day on 8th March 2024, Morrisons will be providing The Hub with Bodyform Underwear which it will be able to distribute to anyone in need.
In addition, they are selling sanitary ‘pick up’ packs, that can also be donated to The Hub for passing on to those who need them most.
Tina Townsend, Chair of the Witham Hub’s Board of Trustees said: “Period poverty is a huge issue for many ladies and we are proud to be working with Morrisons on such an important project in the run up to International Women’s Day.
