Tina Townsend, Chair of The Witham Hub Trustees, has paid tribute to the late Graham Hawkes of Support 4 Sight
Tina said: “Graham was always on hand to offer advice whenever we had any new people with sight loss, who came into the Hub. He was an inspiration to many who struggled with sight loss and was always cheerful. He will be sorely missed by the team.
“He started the monthly group back in 2019, which had to close during Covid but he keenly re-established it when he could and was really excited for us when The Hub moved to new premises.
”I will personally miss our chats about how our two charities could work together to support each other.
“Rest in peace Graham.”
